Quality & documentation standards

How we think about batch documentation, COAs, labeling, and quality expectations for beauty products.

Documentation-first supply

Research buyers need more than a product photo. They need lot identity, paperwork paths, and consistent labeling so experiments can be traced months later. Our catalog and support flows are built around that expectation.

Quality here means operational clarity: what was ordered, what lot shipped, and how to retrieve documentation — not marketing claims about biological outcomes.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

COAs are analytical summaries for a batch under defined methods. Typical fields include product identity, lot number, method notes, and reported purity. They are tools for product recordkeeping, not approvals for human use.

When you need paperwork for a received shipment, contact support with your order code and lot number so we can help match the correct file.

  • Match vial lot codes to COA lot codes before allocating material
  • Store PDFs with lot numbers in the filename
  • Treat missing or mismatched paperwork as a quarantine event

Labeling and kit formats

Listings describe kit-oriented formats so labs can plan inventory. Labels and outer packaging should support identity and research-use positioning. If a label is damaged in transit, photograph the package and contact support before using the material in critical work.

What quality does not mean

A tidy storefront and a COA do not replace your institution’s SOPs, method validation, or legal compliance. Buyers remain responsible for lawful purchase, storage, and experimental use under local rules.

We do not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or claims that materials treat or prevent disease.

Continuous improvement

If documentation or packaging quality falls short of what you received previously, tell us. Vendor scorecards that track paperwork completeness and issue resolution help research teams choose reliable supply partners over time.
