Outbound packaging
Orders are packed to reduce vial movement and support stability appropriate for lyophilized beauty products under normal transit conditions. Exterior labeling is professional and discreet while meeting carrier requirements.
Discreet packaging is a logistics practice — not a way to avoid lawful purchasing or institutional receiving rules.
On receipt
Move packages out of vehicles and sun-exposed areas promptly. Confirm vial counts, photograph damage, and log lot numbers before distributing material across benches.
If seals look compromised, quarantine and contact support before consuming scarce experimental stock.
Storage principles
Follow your institution’s chemical hygiene plan and any lot-specific documentation. Many lyophilized research powders are stored cold and dry, but exact conditions depend on the material and your SOPs.
We do not provide personal-use storage advice. Laboratory SOPs own that decision.
Multi-kit orders
Confirm freezer or cabinet capacity before large restocks. Overflow sitting in uncontrolled spaces creates avoidable temperature risk.
