By accessing terrorized.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service with Terrorized Peptide LLC, our Privacy Policy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

All products are sold strictly for beauty and cosmetic use. Products are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices. They are , clinical use, diagnostic use, or household use.

By purchasing you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You will use products only for lawful beauty product purposes.
• You will not use products in or on humans or animals.
• You understand products are not approved by the FDA (or equivalent agencies) for any therapeutic purpose.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, import, and research use.

You may browse as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with these Terms.

• Product descriptions, strengths, kit sizes, images, and documentation are provided for catalog purposes and may be updated without notice.
• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is placed.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/typographical errors.
• Certificates of analysis (COAs) or batch documentation, when provided, relate to beauty products and do not constitute medical or regulatory approval.

Placing an order submits an offer to purchase. Orders typically remain in an awaiting-payment status until we match your payment. Current primary checkout is Cash App using the cashtag and order reference shown on the payment page. Payment instructions, amounts, and note codes must be followed exactly so we can match payment to your order.

• Orders are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted for fulfillment.
• We may cancel unpaid, mismatched, or suspicious orders.
• You are responsible for accurate shipping and contact information. If you provide the wrong address, we will not reship the order.
• Taxes, duties, or import fees (if any) for your jurisdiction are your responsibility unless we explicitly collect them at checkout.

Affiliate codes, bulk kit discounts, and promo codes are subject to stated rules and may be modified or revoked. Abuse of referral systems (self-referral, fraud, spam) may void rewards and result in account termination.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the site beyond normal browsing and ordering.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRORIZED PEPTIDE LLC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terrorized Peptide LLC and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operator principally resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies to consumers. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
