Words we use on purpose (short glossary)

SKU / product slug — the product’s URL name on the store. Variant — size or kit option on the product page. Lot / batch — control identifier for a unit of material. COA — certificate of analysis for a lot. Fulfilled — order marked complete/shipped in our system. Order prefix — first characters of the order id, safe to post for support. If a term on a packing slip confuses you, ask here with a photo (blur personal address). — Dane
