A short receiving process prevents “missing vial” arguments later.
1. Photograph the closed outer box and the packing slip (internal records).
2. Open on a clean bench. Count units against the slip before discarding inserts.
3. For each line: product name, variant, quantity, lot if printed.
4. File COAs the same day under the lot key.
5. Place units into storage with the lot visible on the bin or secondary bag.
6. Update quantity remaining only after the physical put-away is done.
If counts disagree with the slip, stop and document before rearranging everything. Open Order Help with the order prefix and photos.
